We (myself, my wife, and our 3-year-old son) spent one night at the hotel and truly enjoyed the warm hospitality of the staff. At the reception during check-in, Ms. Hilal welcomed us warmly. The check-in process was smooth, professional, and quick. It didn’t take long for us to get our card and head to our room. A special thanks to Mr. Çağatay, who kindly helped us with our luggage and professionally explained how the heater in our room worked. He also provided us with useful information about interesting places near the hotel. We really appreciated the travel tips! The hotel itself was lovely and conveniently located just a short 4-minute walk from Taksim Square. Upon arrival, we received a welcome fruit platter and a warm introduction to our room. The hotel facilities were excellent, and we encountered no issues during our stay. Since it was winter, we were pleased that the room was warm and cozy. There was some noise from traffic, but it was still acceptable, considering the hotel’s proximity to Taksim Square, a popular area for tourists. We would also like to extend our gratitude to Ms. Gülsade, who assisted us during breakfast. She kindly recommended a table with a great view of the Bosphorus. Since we were the first guests in the breakfast hall that morning, we had a lovely conversation where she explained the different dishes served and shared some insights into traditional Turkish breakfast customs. It was a really nice and personal touch—thank you! Ms. Hilal was also extremely helpful during the checkout process. She ensured everything went smoothly and provided us with recommendations for interesting activities near the hotel. We truly appreciated her kindness and assistance. Overall, it was a fantastic short vacation in Istanbul, made even better by the amazing hotel staff. The hotel is in a great location—close enough to walk to the metro and Taksim Square, yet far enough to ensure a quiet and restful night. We look forward to staying there again!

We had a great 10-night experience staying here. A few things that stood out: Staff were super helpful – they helped us sort out our airport transfer and were always around if we needed anything. Breakfast was a highlight – nice buffet with amazing views. There was a good mix of food, and it changed a bit every day which was a nice touch. Room was always clean – housekeeping came daily, and it was always fresh and tidy when we got back from being out all day. Sauna was our go-to – the pool wasn’t available a couple of times when we asked, but the sauna was always open and became part of our daily routine. Great way to unwind after a hot day. The view(!!!) – we had a room facing the Bosphorus and it was just awesome to watch the ships going by every day. Location was super convenient: Close to the funicular to Kabataş and the T1 tram. Metro was walkable too. Lots of shops, restaurants, grocery stores nearby. İstiklal Street and Taksim Square were right around the corner. Overall, it was just a really comfortable and easy place to stay. Would definitely stay here again.

First and foremost, I want to thank the entire staff for their warm hospitality, and especially Hilal, whose understanding and exceptional service made our stay even more enjoyable. The absolute highlight of the hotel was the view – it was breathtaking. We found ourselves not wanting to leave the room because the scenery was just that stunning. Whether it was morning or evening, the view from our room added so much to our overall experience. Everything else — from the comfort of the room to the location and service — lived up to expectations. I would definitely recommend Marble Hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul, and I’m already looking forward to booking the same room again for my next trip. Thank you again for such a wonderful stay!

Hotel Marble is in the perfect location. This was our first trip to Istanbul, and we could reach restaurants and important monuments quickly — by walking or by metro. We had an incredible view from our hotel room (see photos). The room was clean and comfortable for our family of three people. The hotel staff was kind and patient. Hilal was especially warm, lovely, and efficient. The hotel management really seem to care — placing fruit and a personal note on the desk for our arrival. Thank you so much! We will stay at Hotel Marble next time we visit Istanbul. Some people might find the location of the hotel too loud — but we loved it. We slept well and also felt close to the buzz of the city. 10/10

actually located in very good location. Twi minutes far a way from taksim, super markets and restaurants close to the hotel, the neighborhood is very alive and you never boring. I wanna say big thanks to Golsadeh and Enes, staffs of restaurant that are very friendly and also big thanks to Helal and Eda whom works in reception. They helped us as much possible. The seaside rooms are very amusing and gives good energy specially in drink time in the room. Breakfast was very good, hospitality is as a 5 start hotel. Thanks from Booking.com and Marble hotel. I miss Marble hotel and all staffs, specially Golsadeh. Big big thanks from Homeira :)
